Who We Are
RebirtHer is a workforce reintegration accelerator for women who have experienced displacement due to conflict, persecution, or gender-based violence. Many of the women we work with hold post-secondary credentials and previous professional experience, yet have fallen out of the workforce
Why We Exist
We rebuild with women who have survived the unimaginable and still long to lead, contribute, and rise.
Our work begins at a critical point: after resettlement, when the crisis has passed but the career has stalled.
