A structured approach to supporting women in reclaiming identity, advancing economically, and sustaining long-term stability.
RebirtHer supports women rebuilding their lives after displacement through a structured approach to reclaiming identity, advancing economically, and sustaining long-term stability.
Who We Are
RebirtHer is a workforce reintegration accelerator for women who have experienced primary or secondary displacement. Many of the women we work with hold post-secondary credentials and previous professional experience, yet have fallen out of the workforce
Why We Exist
We rebuild with women who have survived the unimaginable and still long to lead, contribute, and rise.
Our work begins at a critical point: after resettlement, when the crisis has passed but the career has stalled.
How We Support
Our approach is trauma-informed, culturally grounded, and future-focused Our work is guided by a structured 18-month framework designed to support women through a full journey of transformation – reclaiming identity, advancing economically, and sustaining long-term stability and economic contribution.
Why Our Work Matters
Many women rebuilding their lives after displacement enter the workforce but struggle to sustain stable, meaningful employment. This is not just an issue of access, but of retention – resulting in lost talent and economic contribution. RebirtHer addresses this gap by supporting long-term participation, progression, and stability.
Born from Lived Experience
Women represent nearly half of the global refugee population, yet their pathways to meaningful and sustained economic participation remain limited.
